About SCS Accounting
SCS Accounting Solutions was started in January 2001. My background is in banking, I spent 12 years in a local high street bank.
When I left to start a family, I became involved in the family farming business; helping my mother with the accounts. I went on to gain qualifications, and subsequently began working for a large local construction company as their Accounts Supervisor. Three years later I took up a position with a local drainage investigation & repair company as their Accounts Manager. Having decided that I would like to start my own practice, I approached my employers, who were very supportive and agreed to stay with me as my first client. I now have a very successful practice with many different clients in diverse fields, from regular clients to those who bring their paperwork to me once a year in a carrier bag.
